Terms + Conditions

If you are not satisfied with your items, please get in touch. We are more than happy to replace or refund faulty items, or items that have been damaged in transit. We are happy to exchange or return items due to change of mind, but return postage costs will be incurred by the buyer.

Damaged in the post: If your order arrives damaged in transit please send a photo and your order details to picnicfortea@hotmail.com and we will be in touch.

If you have changed your mind: We are happy to return or exchange products if you have changed your mind within 7 days of purchase/arrival of your order, but you will be expected to return items via post and incur any postage fees for the return. For hygiene reasons we will not accept returns of used earrings.

Due to the handmade nature of our items, your piece is completely unique! Yay! This means it may vary slightly to the item pictured.

Any other returns will be accepted in accordance with Australian Retail Consumer Law.
